Dear Owners,

Please mark your calendars for the upcoming building power washing scheduled for June 15.

To help ensure the work is completed efficiently, please:

Bring all plants and fabric cushions indoors.
Remove any personal items from patios and decks before the scheduled service date.

The power washing will include the fronts and sides of all buildings only.

Unit owners may choose to have their rear decks and rear siding power washed for an additional cost of $150 per unit.
